Kota Kinabalu is the capital city of Sabah where situated in the north of Borneo Island. It's become one of the growing resort destinations according to its proximity to nature attractions like tropical island, lush rainforest as well as Mount Kinabalu.

It lies by the coast overlooking South China Sea on a narrow flat land and occasional hills bordered by Crocker Range that hosted Mount Kinabalu. The unique essences of all races are the unity and cultural sharing that beautifully blends among communities.

I found colors really have its magic healing towards my life spiritually. Living close to the earth, magnificently generates some kind of appreciation for life. The greenery forest spiritually giving some energies of life and renewal which associated with meanings of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility and environment.

In fact that Kota Kinabalu is the city by the sea where there are plenty option of gastronomic area along the bay that facing such fascinating landscape of blue sea in tropical islands nature. Blue sky and sea really therapeutic for mind and soul which connected with open space, freedom, intuition, imagination, expansiveness, inspiration and sensitivity.

I simply like to spend some time for a nature trip like jungle trekking as much as I believe that colors of nature have the power to sooth my soul. Spiritually, nature has been a healing place and forests were places of adventure as well as self-discovery. Life have moved slower and more rational pace than the bustling cities where I residing.

'Signal Hill Observatory Tower' is my favorite spot for sightseeing where located at Bukit Bendera, Kota Kinabalu which only 250 Meters height by trails to the top. I couldn't be more pleased of seeing the panorama of Kota Kinabalu city from the top. It worth to be up there and witnessing the entire city at the end of the trekking.
